What is Securitex 3G Data Center and Building Infrastructure monitoring system c/w Remote Controller Terminal & SMS controller Model: SIRC272W-IG 3G-DCM

Overview

The SIRC272W-IG 3G-DCM is designed as a cost effective data center and building infrastructure  to detect abnormal condition like Power trip. Temperature rises. Air conditioning malfunction. Water leak. Humidity rises or drops. CCTV system malfunction. Data center door access and even severs door Status and activity (like door left open etc).

Input and Output

The SIRC272W-IG 3G-DCM has  8 digital inputs , 4 solid relay outputs , 6 Analogue inputs and Power Status, onsite Temperature and Humidity. All of the inputs and outputs are isolated. User-defined SMS or Call while alarm can be sent to up to 10 pre-configure mobile phone numbers, when a pre-defined alarm condition happen. The pre-configured mobile phone numbers can belong to technicians or engineers or anyone who are responsible in handling corresponding alarms and with the aid of this 3G M2M RCT, once the responsible data center monitoring personnel receive this alarm condition via SMS or call he or she can then act accordingly and bring attention to the site personnel in-charge immediately. It also allows him or her if authorized to take corrective action that they can do remotely by activating the relay output using SMS to activate emergency equipment to mitigate the emergency condition, [example if temperature and humidity rises to a certain preset level at a Data center SMS receiver can turn on the standby air con or ventilation to cool down the premises etc]. The output can be connected with alarm indication device, such as siren and others. When the emergency condition has stabilized the SIRC272W-IG-DCM will sent a recovery SMS to the monitoring personnel. Moreover the 3G M2M RCT can be used as a smart PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) using the interlock function and be used as a remote access control, the authorized users can open the gate or turn on the machine with a free of charge call at specified time. The 3G M2M RCT supports Modbus TCP, TCP/UDP protocol, data transparent transmission via RS232 /RS485 ports over GPRS/3G network.

Historical data Logging

SIRC272W-IG 3G-DCM system is also incorporated with 100000 historical data memory (HDM) store on the built-in SD card. With the software installed in a computer and from the HDM page user can manage and read out the historical record from the RTU and can save the record as CSV format for other purpose usage. As the HDM is first in first out once the memory is full it will automatically remove the earlier records for new records to come in. The records include alarm event date and time.

The 3G M2M RCT (Remote Control Terminal) SIRC272W-IG-DCM 3G system that is incorporated with the QUECTEL UC15 module (Or WCDMA/CDMA2000) and ARM® Cortex™ 32 Bit RISC Core. It is a multi Isolation I/O port remote control terminal unit. It is use mainly for remote control of critical off site equipment and Remote Data Acquisition, Base Transceiver Stations Monitoring (BTSM), Access control, ATM monitoring, Generator Status Monitoring, Pump Station Monitoring, Weather Station Monitoring, Data Center temperature/ humidity and power status monitoring and many other applications.

Communication Protocol
The SIRC272W-IG-DCM GSM 3G M2M RTU supports TCP/IP communication via GPRS/3G. It is very useful for users to create remotely server. It inbuilt Modbus TCP protocol and and transparent transmission allows the user can connect the  SIRC272W-IG-DCM 3G M2M RTU to the present HMI, OPC Server, SCADA directly.
