Securitex Dead Man Alarm System (DMAS Ver.2SER)

In today security threads around the world, Vessel, Ships, Ocean liners and Super tankers are target that pirates and terrorist are looking to strike. At Securitex we have designed a system that allows the Onboard Security Personnel in the ship to do regular inspection and check round the clock without fail using Securitex DMAS. What is Securitex DMAS. DMAS is a programmable countdown timer system that is preprogrammed at a certain time interval. This timer will countdown and upon time –up the Siren connected to the DMAS will sound reminding the Security personnel to go for their rounds. (The more complex system can be interface to system than can activate distress signal and event reporting etc OPTIONAL)

System works as follows:

The system is preset at default 15 minute. Upon the 15 minute is up the timer 1 (T1) will kick in and activate the relay to trigger the (baby siren) to be provided by others. If the monitoring personnel do not reset the baby siren after say 10 minute, the second built-in timer (T2) will cut in and activate the 2nd relays to trigger the (master horn siren) (also provided by others) In the event the baby siren trigger and the monitoring personnel reset it, the system will automatically reset to 15 minute and re-count again. If after 10 minute is up and the baby siren is not reset the master horn siren will trigger, in this instance to reset the system just press any reset button and the system will reset back to the original preset timing again.

Securitex Dead Man Alarm System (DMAS Ver.2SER) detail system operation

When power is turn on the DMAS will activate with T1 indicate 0015 (15 minute). Immediately the T1 timer will count down from 0015 to 0000. At 0000/9999 the T1 (LED will turn on and R1 will activate this will trigger the Alarm 1 (Baby siren) if at anytime before the T1 time is up and the reset button is press, the T1 will reset back to 15 minute and continue the T1 count down as indicated above. However if the reset button is not press T2 board will activate and display 0010 (10 minute) and start counting down to 0000/9999. At this point the T2 (LED will turn on and R2 will activate this will trigger the Alarm 2 (Master horn siren). Till the reset button is press, both alarms will continue to sound.
