We do carryout card printing service for individual and companies be it single card or many cards. We do in house designed, custom designed or even design provided by our customer. The card that we can print include membership card. Company access card. Loyalty card. Visitor pass or Visitor ID. Gift Card. Discount Card. Student ID card and Library card. Name Card for Machine and many more.....

We use Fargo Persona C30E printer to carryout this printing and we use Fargo Plastic card and Fargo Cartridge to ensure every print out is perfect and very long lasting  with vibrant colour.

We Print on Blank Plastic Card, Blank Plastic Card c/w adhesive and even print directly onto ISO proximity access card and Magnetic card. 

For a start if you need us to carryout your card printing work, you need to get ready and provide us the following:

* The type of card you want to print.

* The Quantity needed.

* The designed ( If you have standard designed you can provide to us)

* Do you need us to designed for you.

* If for Staff access Card- You need to provide us the information like Name, IC Number. WP, Number, Photo or company logo that you want to print on the card.

* If you will like us to print directly on your access card, we can provide the access card if we can supply your card format or you can provide us your card and we can print on them.

* Generally we do not have fixed minimum quantity to start with, we can even print 1 card for our customer, but we will advice you to email us at sales@securitex.com.sg to get an estimated costing.

Manage your in-house printing

However if you decided to do your own in house printing of the card, you will need the item listed below. Once you purchase the item below from us, our friendly sales personnel will personally deliver the equipment to you and he/she will sit down with you to go through the entire set up process, from installing the printer, loading of the software all the way to create the custom designed of your company logo and card presentation. They will even run through the steps needed for you to design the card and finally the printing.

Features

Making high-quality plastic ID cards is incredibly easy, with the Persona C30E ID Card Printer. It’s so easy to operate, there’s virtually no learning curve or maintenance. Time to change the ribbon? The ribbon cartridge contains both the printer ribbon and card-cleaning roller all in one disposable cartridge. Just slide it into the printer, and start printing. The Persona C30E prints text, logos, bar codes, signatures, and photos in full color. Add an optional magnetic stripe encoding module to increase the versatility of your card

Easy-loading, all-in-one ribbon cartridge saves time and eliminates the expense (and mess) of torn, wasted ribbons. Simply open the front panel of the C30E, slide in the ribbon cartridge, close the panel, and you’re done. There’s nothing to feed, nothing to fumble with, and nothing to tear.

Integrated card cleaning roller helps maintain print quality while protecting your C30’s print-head. It automatically removes potentially damaging dust and debris from each card before it’s printed. The cleaning roller is ingeniously integrated into the all-in-one ribbon cartridge, so you never have to mess with changing a separate cleaning roller or ribbon.

Direct-to-card printing. Dye-sublimation/resin thermal transfer technology prints sharp, clear images directly onto the surface of the plastic ID card. Dye-sublimation produces smooth, continuous-tone images that look truly photographic in more than 16.7 million colors. Resin thermal transfer uses a single-color ribbon to print sharp black text and crisp bar codes that can be read by infrared and visible-light scanners.

Simple plug-and print operation makes Persona C30E ID Card Printers as easy to use as a regular office printer.

Fargo 44201 Ribbon Cartridge

Genuine Fargo 44201 Premium Black Cartridge Ribbon with Cleaning Roller – 1000 images. A cleaning roller helps keep dust away from the print head, there by extending its useful life. By reducing dust on blank cards, it also increases the quality of your finished image.

All Fargo Card Printer/Encoders require specialized media to function properly. To maximize printed card quality and durability, as well as print head life and printer/encoder reliability, use only Fargo Certified 44201 premium black cartridge ribbons.

Fargo 44200 Ribbon Cartridge

Genuine Fargo 44200 YMCKO Full-Color Ribbon Cartridge with Black Resin and Clear Overlay Panels plus Cleaning Roller. All Fargo Card Printer/Encoders require specialized media to function properly. To maximize printed card quality and durability, as well as print-head life and printer/encoder reliability, use only Fargo Certified 44200 YMCKO full-color ribbon cartridges.

PVC card stock for Fargo printers The most basic cards are made of 100% PVC, of the size and thickness of credit cards and ATM cards with which we are all familiar. These cards can be manufactured in white or any color under the rainbow. They are cut out of large plastic sheets and left as thin wafers, or they can be made into sandwiches, encapsulating proximity wires. \"Smart\" (microprocessor or memory) chips or magnetic stripes may be embedded into or adhered to the card surface.? For direct-to-card printing, the optimal surface texture is smooth, glossy and dirt- and debris-free.

**Print speed indicates an approximate print speed and is measured from the time a card feeds into the printer to the time it ejects from the printer. Print speeds do not include encoding time or the time needed for the PC to process the image. Process time is dependent on the size of the file, the CPU, amount of RAM, and the amount of available resources at the time of the print.
