DEAR TELECALL CUSTOMER

Take Note

We have received many calls from customer worldwide that is still using the very reliable TELECALL intercom system and need service / spare parts and maintenance. We regret to inform that as the manufacturer is no longer around, we are not able to support the system anymore. However 

For those who are still using the old intercom system. Please note that the company no longer around to support this system. There are no spare parts for repairs as well. We recommend that customer change to other brands like. Aiphone. Kocom. Commax etc.

What if I still like to use the system

However if you are using the Audio version of the Telecall system and you still like to keep and use them we can try to repair for you but you need to remove the set and sent the set to Securitex. (address below). We will evaluate and let you know if the set can be repaired.
